Friends

I think I am probably one of the luckiest people in the world - I have the most amazing friends you're ever going to get. They're always there for me whenever I need to talk, and I'm there for them if they ever need it. We have this lovely little support system going; it's great, we can email each other and someone is always going to be there.

This gets especially helpful when guys are jerks. Believe me, there have been times when I thought I'd never fit in anywhere, and I'm not sure how I got to feeling like that, but they were right there to say, "You're being stupid. We love you."

Of course, right about now, it's one of those times when a guy was an idiot - he kept me waiting over a month to give me a "yes" or a "no", and he still hasn't said a word to me - though he's been in contact with others. Meaning I can assume it's no, but I want to know for sure!

So after spending over two hours in tears on the phone with one of my closest friends, I go to bed and get up to go to a cast party the next day. And what does she do? Being the amazing person she is, she slips a little bag with a pair of earrings, candy, and a letter into my bag whilst at said party.

They know exactly how to cheer me up. So, hence, I conclude - I have amazing friends.
